These Terms govern use of the 3aiSeal software and console ("the Software"), provided by SAPIOX MG, LLC. By using the Software you agree to these Terms.
The Software is proprietary. Use is permitted only under a separate written agreement or an authorized evaluation. See the LICENSE file distributed with the Software.
You agree to use the Software only on systems and networks you are authorized to monitor, and in compliance with applicable law and your organization's policies.
You are responsible for safeguarding console credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify the administrator of any unauthorized use.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. 3aiSeal is a detection and evidence tool; it does not block traffic and does not guarantee detection of all AI usage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAPIOX MG, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
